Παράταση στην προθεσμία υπαγωγής στον νόμο 4178/2013, περί της «Αντιμετώπισης της Αυθαίρετης Δόμησης-Περιβαλλοντικό Ισοζύγιο και άλλες διατάξεις», δόθηκε με Κοινή Υπουργική Απόφαση του υπουργού Οικονομικών και του υπουργού Περιβάλλοντος και Ενέργειας. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, η νέα προθεσμία λήγει την 23η Σεπτεμβρίου του 2017.

Σύμφωνα με ανακοίνωση του ΥΠΕΝ, η παράταση επεκτείνεται για 60 ημέρες από την ημερομηνία λήξης της προηγούμενης προθεσμίας και έρχεται να καλύψει το χρονικό κενό που μεσολαβεί μέχρι την ψήφιση του νέου νόμου.
