Σεισμική δόνηση 4,2 βαθμών της κλίμακας Ρίχτερ σημειώθηκε περί τις 00:37 σήμερα σε μια περιοχή 24 χιλιόμετρα βόρεια-βορειοδυτικά της Κατερίνης ή περίπου 300 χιλιόμετρα της Αθήνας, ανακοίνωσε το Γεωδυναμικό Ινστιτούτο, χαρακτηρίζοντας τον σεισμό αυτό «ασθενή».

Δεν είναι γνωστό εάν ο σεισμός προκάλεσε υλικές ζημιές.
