Το πλήρες ιστορικό των αρχικών ενεργειών του Ενιαίου Κέντρου Συντονισμού Έρευνας και Διάσωσης για το ναυτικό δυστύχημα του Norman Atlantic, έδωσε στη δημοσιότητα το Λιμενικό Σώμα.

Όλες οι ενέργεις του Θαλάμου Επιχειρήσεων λεπτό προς λεπτό

Παράλληλα όμως αποκαλύπτει και την ηλεκτρονική αλληλογραφία με το οποίο προωθήθηκαν έγκαιρα προς την Ιταλική πλευρά (MRCC/ROME) οι καταστάσεις επιβατών και πληρώματος, όπως αυτές παρελήφθησαν από το εξουσιοδοτημένο πρόσωπο της εταιρείας (Designated Person Ashore/DPA) το οποίο είναι υπεύθυνο για τις διαδικασίες ασφαλούς διαχείρισης των λειτουργιών του πλοίου.

To χρονικό είναι αποκαλυπτικό για το πότε γίνεται η πρώτη ενημέρωση, τα ζητήματα που προέκυψαν κατά την επικοινωνία, την την ενημέρωση των Ιταλικών Αρχών αλλά και πότε έγινε επαφή με τον πλοίαρχο του Norman Atlantic.
