Τη σημασία της πολιτικής της «μίας Κίνας» θα πρέπει να κατανοήσει πλήρως η νέα κυβέρνηση των ΗΠΑ, δήλωσε η Χουά Τσουνγίνγκ, εκπρόσωπος του κινεζικού υπουργείου Εξωτερικών,

Ο πρόεδρος των ΗΠΑ Ντόναλντ Τραμπ έσπασε την παράδοση δεκαετιών και δέχτηκε τηλεφώνημα από την πρόεδρο της Ταϊβάν Τσάι Ινγκ-γουέν υπονοώντας ότι η πολιτική της «μίας Κίνας» είναι πλέον διαπραγματεύσιμη.

Υπενθυμίζεται πως το Πεκίνο θεωρεί την Ταϊβάν επαρχία της κινεζικής επικράτειας, υποψήφια για επιστροφή στην κινεζική κυριαρχία ακόμη και δια της στρατιωτικής βίας.
