Δύο άτομα σκοτώθηκαν και άλλο ένα τραυματίστηκε σοβαρά από πυρά σε καφετέρια στη Βασιλεία, όπως ανακοίνωσε ο γενικός εισαγγελέας του καντονίου.

Σύμφωνα με τον γενικό εισαγγελέα, τον οποίο επικαλείται η εφημερίδα Swiss Le Matin, οι δράστες που πυροβόλησαν ήταν δύο και η επίθεση έγινε στο Cafe 56 χθες βράδυ.

Οι δράστες διαφεύγουν ενώ το κίνητρο της επίθεσης παραμένει άγνωστο.
