Άγνωστη γυναίκα τηλεφώνησε στις 10:45 στην «Εφημερίδα των Συντακτών» και είπε ότι στις 12:20 πρόκειται να εκραγεί βόμβα στο εκπτωτικό χωριό, στα Σπάτα.

Στο σημείο έσπευσαν αστυνομικοί που ερεύνησαν όλους τους χώρους, αλλά δεν βρήκαν κάτι ύποπτο, γεγονός που αποδεικνύει ότι επρόκειτο για κάποιου είδους κακόβουλης φάρσα.

Σημειώνεται ότι η αστυνομία έκανε την έρευνα για βόμβα, χωρίς να εκκενώσει το εκπτωτικό χωριό, που είναι σήμερα γεμάτο από κόσμο, αφού τα καταστήματα είναι ανοιχτά.
