Την παρέμβαση της δικαιοσύνης προειδοποιεί ότι θα ζητήσει ο περιφερειακός διευθυντής Εκπαίδευσης Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας στην περίπτωση που οι μαθητές στο δημοτικό σχολείο Προφήτη του δήμου Βόλβης συνεχίσουν να απέχουν από τα μαθήματά τους λόγω των προσφυγόπουλων.

Την Τετάρτη οι 117 μαθητές του δημοτικού, έπειτα και από τις έντονες αντιδράσεις των γονιών τους, απείχαν για δεύτερη ημέρα από τα μαθήματα.

«Θα δούμε τι θα γίνει και σήμερα και αν συνεχιστεί η αποχή θα προσφύγουμε στον εισαγγελέα», δήλωσε στο Έθνος ο κ. Παναγιώτης Ανανιάδης, ο οποίος σύμφωνα με την εφημερίδα έχει ήδη στείλει στον εισαγγελέα την έγγραφη απόφαση των γονέων για την αποχή των παιδιών τους από τα μαθήματα, η οποία ελήφθη από μια άτυπη πενταμελή επιτροπή καθώς Σύλλογος Γονέων και Κηδεμόνων δεν υφίσταται μετά την παραίτηση τεσσάρων εκ των 7 μελών του.

«Περιμένω την παρέμβαση του εισαγγελέα για τρεις λόγους: για το άκυρο της απόφασης, για την υποχρεωτικότητα του σχολείου και για τα όσα ρητά προβλέπονται από τον αντιρατσιστικό νόμο», προσθέτει ο κ. Ανανιάδης.
