Σε απίστευτες περιπέτειες έμπλεξε 44χρονος άπορος στην Πάτρα, ο οποίος είχε συλληφθεί χθες Κυριακή, γιατί, σύμφωνα με την αστυνομία, εκκρεμούσε σε βάρος του καταδικαστική απόφαση για επαιτεία, με ποινή κράτησης πέντε ημερών, καθώς και χρηματική ποινή 100 ευρώ.
Για το περιστατικό παρενέβη ο δήμαρχος Πατρέων, Κώστας Πελετίδης, προκειμένου να πληρωθεί η χρηματική ποινή και να αφεθεί ελεύθερος.
Στην αρχή ωστόσο, από λάθος συνεννόηση -σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες του thebest.gr- ως προς τους λόγους της φυλάκισης και έτσι θεωρήθηκε εσφαλμένα από τον Δήμο ότι έχει συλληφθεί για χρέη 50 ευρώ προς την Εφορία.
Εν τέλει, κατόπιν αστυνομικών ενεργειών, ο 44χρονος συλληφθείς αφέθηκε ελεύθερος απόψε (Δευτέρα), με απόφαση του δημοσίου κατηγόρου Πατρών, ο οποίος αναβάλει την εκτέλεση της καταδικαστικής απόφασης μέχρι τις 7 Ιανουαρίου.
