Ο πρωθυπουργός της Γαλλίας Μανουέλ Βαλς απέκλεισε σήμερα ότι υπάρχει "άμεση σχέση" επί του παρόντος μεταξύ των επιθέσεων που σημειώθηκαν στο Παρίσι την περασμένη εβδομάδα και της αντιτρομοκρατικής επιχείρησης που πραγματοποιήθηκε χθες στο Βέλγιο.

«Δεν πιστεύουμε ότι υπάρχει άμεση σχέση. Δεν φαίνεται να υπάρχει σχέση: η σχέση που υπάρχει είναι η βούληση των τρομοκρατών να επιτίθενται στις αξίες και τους συμπολίτες μας» , δήλωσε ο Βαλς.

Αναφερόμενος στις συλλήψεις που έγιναν σήμερα στη Γαλλία, ο σοσιαλιστής πρωθυπουργός τόνισε ότι «δείχνουν την αποφασιστικότητα του κράτους. Το κράτος θέλει να δράσει αμείλικτα, να συλλάβει όλους εκείνους που μπόρεσαν να είναι συνεργοί σε αυτές τις βάρβαρες επιθέσεις» .
