Σεισμική δόνηση μεγέθους 5,3 βαθμών έγινε σήμερα στο νομό Μιγιάγκι στην Ιαπωνία, σύμφωνα με τη μετεωρολογική υπηρεσία της χώρας.

Το εστιακό βάθος του σεισμού, υπολογίστηκε στα 20 χιλιόμετρα.

Οι τοπικές αρχές αναφέρουν ότι δεν υπάρχουν αναφορές για καταστροφές ή τραυματίες από το σεισμό ενώ δεν έχει εκδοθεί προειδοποίηση για τσουνάμι.

Παράλληλα, οι αρμόδιες αρχές αναφέρουν ότι οι πυρηνικοί σταθμοί που βρίσκονται στην περιοχή Φουκουσίμα λειτουργούν ομαλά.
