Τουρκικά μαχητικά αεροσκάφη έπληξαν 12 στόχους στα βόρεια του Ιράκ αργά το βράδυ της Δευτέρας, σύμφωνα με στρατιωτικές πηγές.

Οι στόχοι που επλήγησαν βρίσκονται σε περιοχή, όπου σύμφωνα με την Άγκυρα έχει τη βάση της η ηγεσία του Εργατικού Κόμματος του Κουρδιστάν (PKK).

Η ανακοίνωση των στρατιωτικών πηγών δε γνωστοποίησε περισσότερες λεπτομέρειες για τους βομβαρδισμούς, ενώ στο παρελθόν παρόμοιοι βομβαρδισμοί έχουν συνδεθεί από την Άγκυρα με εγκαταστάσεις και υποδομές υποστήριξης του PKK.
