Συνελήφθησαν στο hot spot της Μόριας στη Λέσβο, μετά από άμεση κινητοποίηση των αστυνομικών Αρχών, τρεις υπήκοοι Αφγανιστάν, ηλικίας 28, 28 και 21 ετών. Σε βάρος τους σχηματίστηκε δικογραφία κακουργηματικού χαρακτήρα, για απόπειρα ληστείας. Ένας ακόμη ομοεθνής τους αναζητείται για το ίδιο αδίκημα.

Σύμφωνα με τα μέχρι τώρα στοιχεία της έρευνας, ένας εκ των δραστών αποπειράθηκε αρχικά να κλέψει το κινητό τηλέφωνο ενός 24χρονου ομοεθνούς του, χωρίς ωστόσο να το κατορθώσει, διότι έγινε αντιληπτός. Στη συνέχεια, οι τέσσερις δράστες επιτέθηκαν στον 24χρονο και τον τραυμάτισαν σε διάφορα σημεία του σώματός του. Σκοπός τους πάντα να αφαιρέσουν το κινητό τηλέφωνό του, δεν το κατάφεραν όμως και τράπηκαν σε φυγή.
