Πολιτικά και οικονομικά ισχυρότερη «βλέπει» τη Γερμανία το 84% σε σχέση με το παρελθόν, σύμφωνα με δημοσκόπηση που δημοσιεύεται στο «Spiegel», που κυκλοφορεί το Σάββατο. Επίσης, το 66% εκτιμούν ότι η κυβέρνηση της χώρας εκφράζει την ισχυρή πολιτική και οικονομική θέση της Γερμανίας στην Ε.Ε. με τον κατάλληλο τρόπο.

Σύμφωνα με την ίδια δημοσκόπηση, μόλις ο ένας στους πέντε (26%) δηλώνει ότι η Γερμανική κυβέρνηση θα έπρεπε να είναι πιο μετριοπαθής και συγκρατημένη ως προς το πώς εμφανίζεται εντός ΕΕ, ενώ το 71% έχει αντίθετη άποψη.
