Το Instagram είναι ο ναός του φαγητού. Φωτογραφίες και βίντεο από σοκολάτες που τρέχουν, από κρόκους αβγών που σπάνε και από λιωμένα τυριά είναι μία καθημερινότητα στο δημοφιλές κοινωνικό δίκτυο. Shrimp salad with all the roasted veggies 😍🍤🍃 These sweet potatoes were on a whole new level 😳 . Directions: chop sweet potato into wedges, spray lightly with avocado oil and season with @primalpalate meat & potatoes seasoning. Bake at 400 for about 35 min. Flip halfway through, move to one side of baking sheet and add chopped zucchini and bell peppers. Spray zucchini & peppers with avocado oil and season with @traderjoeslist 21 seasoning salute to bake for remaining time. In a skillet, heat olive oil and add @sizzlefishfit shrimp, fresh lime juice, cilantro, sliced red onion and red pepper flakes to cook until shrimp is done ✔️ Lay everything over organic romaine & top with roasted pumpkin seeds and green onion ✨

adaptogenic collagen french toast. i know it sounds fancy but truth is, i get asked a TON on how i incorporate collagen or adaptogens to my lifestyle other than in my smoothies or coffee. so here's an example.. CINNAMON ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH FRENCH TOAST-i've made this before and loved it 😍 here's what i used need: place 2 pieces of @alvaradostreetbakery sprouted flax bread to the side. combine 2 pasture raised @vitalfarms organic eggs, 2-3Tbs @thenewbarn unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1/2tsp @sunpotion ashwagandha + tocos, 1 scoop of @vitalproteins collagen peptides and @simplyorganicfoods cinnamon in a wide bowl. dip the bread in the mixture til it's coated af and cook on high with lots of @fourthandheart vanilla bean ghee til you get the crispy edges 🤤 now for toppings.. more melted vanilla bean ghee, @simplyorganicfoods cinnamon roasted butternut squash, @siggisdairy vanilla yogurt and of course, @solsticecanyon chocolate almond buttah 🤷🏻‍♀️😱🙌🏼 do it! #shutthekaleup #realfood #cleaneats #feedfeed
